FIDA India provides investigation services strictly within the boundaries of Indian law. We do not undertake phone tapping, illegal surveillance, or any activity that violates privacy or criminal law.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and using investigation reports lawfully. FIDA India is not liable for misuse of any report provided.

Service Engagement

Formal engagement of services is subject to a separate service agreement signed between the client and the assigned investigator/agency partner.

Limitation of Liability

FIDA India makes reasonable professional efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee outcomes of any investigation.
